You just knew it had to happen. The Carrie Diaries, Candace Bushnell’s YA prequel to Sex and the City, is being made into a pilot by the CW network. Austin Butler (Life Unexpected, Switched at Birth) has just been cast as Sebastian Kydd, the male lead. AnnaSophia Robb (Soul Surfer) is already in place as Carrie the Younger.
