It should be a hot week on Comedy Central as Jon Stewart wrestles with Dick Armey about the Tea Party, we learn about a devastating heat wave in NYC (in 1896), and Colbert talks to Thomas French about Zoo Story, which has received admiring attention in several places, including Salon and People magazine and is showing significant holds in some libraries. Also, John Krakauer joins Colbert to talk about his book on Pat Tillman, the former NFL player who was killed by “friendly fire” in Iraq, which is just out in paperback. The documentary, The Tillman Story (not based on Krakauer’s book) releases on 8/20.
