GAME 4 Trailer

Game of Thrones, 2005The release of the trailer for the new season of HBO’s Game of Thrones has been watched on YouTube nearly 10 million times since it was released on Sunday (it will probably break that number by the time we finish this post). Time magazine offers a handy run down of the new characters glimpsed in the footage.

Actually, Season 4 is based on the second half of A Storm of Swords (Book 3). While some events from Feast may get moved forward, I don’t think there is any way one can say it is “based” on that book. That will be the focus of Season 5.

Always good to get corrections from knowledgable fans. It’s curious, though, that the tie-in is Book 4. We’re checking that with the publisher.
