Reserve Alert: The End of Overeating
Former FDA Chairman David Kessler spent the last seven years trying to figure out why Americans eat so much. He believes “constant exposure to fat, sugar and salt” has lead to “conditioned hyper-eating.”
Kessler appeared on a range of shows last week, from Stephen Colbert to the CBS Early Show to discuss what he describes in his new book, The End of Overeating, as “the next great public health campaign…changing how we view food.” The book rose to #12 on Amazon sales rankings and is showing heavy reserves on light ordering.
